Helping people through difficult times has been a primary motivator of Joshua’s since he was young. In the 7th grade, an immediate family member sustained an injury that resulted in months of tedious and difficult litigation proceedings. Joshua saw firsthand how frustrating and traumatic the legal system can be to good people and has since made it his goal to help them with the law. He was inspired to attend law school and to prioritize leading future clients through the murky waters of their legal cases.

A Tennessee Native on Your Side

Joshua knows East Tennessee and its population well; a native himself, Joshua graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and went on to secure his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law. Joshua has a wife and kids and, in his free time, enjoys hiking in the Smoky Mountains and almost any outdoor-related activity. Perhaps most notably, he is an avid cyclist and even sponsors a cycling team — which may be the reason for his emphasis on proper cycling safety measures both in and out of the courtroom.

I’m happiest when I’m helping my clients through the difficult times in their lives.

One of the most effective ways to litigate on behalf of clients is to do so with a reasonable balance of empathy, proficiency, and integrity. Through experience, Joshua has found that a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ situations and personalities is integral to developing a plan of action that aligns with our ethical and moral values. When necessary in the courtroom, fighting aggressively for what’s right is Joshua’s preferred method of practicing law.

Cost-Efficiency & Experience for Peace of Mind

Joshua has more than 10 years of proven experience in personal injury and family law, as well as insurance claims. Joshua will evaluate your case for free, rather than leaving the work to a clerk or junior lawyer. Our cost-efficient legal services help get our clients through difficult times.

Joshua recognizes that most people have a core of decency and believes that everyone needs help at one point or another. Helping them, he says, is the best part of the job because everyone deserves justice; they should be able to live with a peace of mind that enables them to always put their best interests first.

At the Law Office of Joshua S. Reed, we value your story and your time. We emphasize your needs and focus on what’s best suits your situation. If you believe you may have a case, schedule your free consultation today.
