Bradley I. Krotowski

Born and raised in South Florida, but now calling Tennessee his home, Bradley is a transactional and estate planning attorney that brings a passion for helping people and hands-on legal experience to the Law Office of Joshua S. Reed. Bradley focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Transactional Law, Business Entity Formation, and Contract Drafting, and takes pride in offering clear, strategic legal guidance to entrepreneurs, professionals, and families alike. Whether he's assisting a small business owner in forming a new LLC, drafting airtight contracts to protect clients’ interests, or helping a family create a comprehensive estate plan, Bradley approaches every case with diligence, empathy, and a commitment to excellence.

Bradley earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2021, laying the foundation for a dedicated career in the legal profession. Later that year, Bradley relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee to pursue, and eventually earn, his Juris Doctorate Degree at the University of Tennessee College of Law.

During his first year of law school, Bradley experienced the sudden, devastating loss of his father. In addition to the emotional toll of such a loss, the absence of a will or any other estate planning documents significantly complicated and prolonged the process of settling his father’s affairs, making an already trying time for Bradley even more difficult. This personal experience had a profound impact on Bradley and ultimately deepened his commitment to helping others avoid similar hardship. Today, Bradley focuses part of his practice on estate planning, wills, and trusts to help individuals and families make the informed decisions and take the proactive steps necessary to protect their assets, ensure their wishes are clearly documented, and, most importantly, provide peace of mind to their loved ones.

Following his first year of law school, Bradley joined the Law Office of Joshua S. Reed as a law clerk—a position he maintained throughout his second and third years, and which would play a pivotal role in shaping his legal career. Over the course of those two years, Bradley worked closely with attorneys and clients alike, gaining invaluable experience in legal research, client communication, case preparation, and transactional and estate plan document drafting. This early, immersive exposure to the day-to-day demands of a legal practice allowed Bradley to develop a deep understanding of both the legal and personal sides of client service. He credits this time as essential to building the practical skills, professional judgment, and client-centered mindset he now brings to his work as an attorney.

In the spring of his third year in law school, Bradley further expanded his legal training through the University of Tennessee’s Transactional Law Clinic. As a student attorney permitted to practice law under the supervision of Clinic professors, he provided pro bono legal services to Knoxville-area residents. Bradley’s experience working in the Clinic helped him fine tune his ability to efficiently craft client need-based solutions to complex legal transaction issues and then communicate those solutions to clients in a clear and actionable manner. His work focused on entity formation, trademark registration, and contract drafting—practice areas that remain central to his legal career today.

Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2024, and passing the Tennessee Bar Exam soon after, Bradley became a licensed Tennessee attorney and continues his professional journey through the practice of law as an associate attorney with the Law Office of Joshua S. Reed. At the heart of Bradley’s practice is a passion for people. He understands that behind every legal matter is a person or family facing important life decisions and believes that trust, communication, and attention to detail are essential to building lasting client relationships and achieving the best possible outcomes. That is why Bradley is committed to providing legal solutions that aren’t one-size-fits-all and works closely with each client to truly understand their unique goals and challenges, ensuring every strategy is thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs.

Outside of his legal work, Bradley has a wide range of personal interests that help keep him balanced and grounded. He is an avid fan and practitioner of mixed martial arts and a lifelong student of history. He also enjoys hiking through East Tennessee’s scenic trails, listening to alternative-rock music, and proudly embraces all things “nerdy”—from science fiction and fantasy to tabletop games and technology.

However, whether it be in the office or in his personal life, Bradley approaches every challenge with thoughtfulness, discipline, and heart—qualities that define both the attorney and the person he tirelessly strives to be.
